&lt;P&gt;Make sure that you are online, and prefereably over wi-fi (In fact, by default, the mobile apps have 3G sync turned of in the options).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I was a premium customer up until 2 months,ago when my debit card was stolen,so my payments were not authorized as my original card details were no longer valid.&lt;BR /&gt;I have now re-subscribed with my new card details,which has been authorized for £9.99&lt;BR /&gt;My question is when will my previously downloaded tracks be available again on my mobile?i dont have to download them all over again do i? Can someone please let me know?</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to hear about your card being stolen.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately you will have to sync them again. As soon as you go online when your subscription has expired offline content is invalidated on that device. This will also happen after 30 days if you don't go online. Our music licensing doesn't allow us to leave offline content valid indefinitely when there is no confirmation of subscription status.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
