Hello!

Typically when "No playable Files" comes up, it means that the files have been corrupted in some way. This isn't necessarily the car stereo's fault, but should be easily fixed by deleting the spotify app, and reinstalling. Consider downloading songs to listen offline, as this may be a solution as well.

Hope this helps!

Hi, I used to be able to listen to songs in the car while driving. I connect my iPhone thru the USB cord that connects to the car stereo system, but starting last month, its saids No Playable Files every time I connect my iPhone to the cord.
Does anyone have the same problem? Anyone knows what's the reason for this? Is it the problem with my car stereo or is the Spotify app?
If this problem continues, I'll probably cut the monthly fee since it's no use anymore.
Thank you in advance if anyone could teach me how to solve this problem！
