STUCK?!?!

My spotify was updating but it got stuck on its way to to updatin. It won't let me open or delete the app. I've tried almost everything i've seen on the internet but it hasn't worked for me. Can someone please help me?!?!

To check, what iOS version are you running? It'd also be useful to know what model of iPhone you have. If you need to update your iOS version, we'd suggest doing it at this point before letting us know what version you have.

We'd also suggest pressing Home + Lock for 10 seconds to reset the device at this point, too.

Are you trying to download the app without WiFi? It looks like you don't have WiFi enabled in the screenshot.

I used my data instead of wifi and I have iOS 10.2.1 and I tried holding both buttons for 10 sec bit it did not work.I have an iPhone 7.
