Pick a song after the first 100 songs in a playlist results in broken playlist.

After the last update I can't start my playlist (900 songs) somewhere in the middle to let is continue to play on ChromeCast. After the song I picked has played it returns to the beginning of the playlist and starts playing. When I open the queue I see the added songs are the songs of the start of the playlist.

This used to work fine.

Much needed as the shuffle function for ChromeCast is limited to only the first 100 songs (bug is known for two years already but marked as 'not right now'). This shuffle bug seems to be somewhat in line with this topic's bug.
