Downloaded content constantly disappears

Hi,

Ever since getting Spotify premium in May, my downloaded (and sometimes saved content as well) has been "wiped" seven or eight times.

It seems arbitrary and I've tried to find a pattern, it usually happens when I go online (usually keep offline when using data, only go online with wifi occasionally as I am travelling).

Perhaps it happens when I am downloading some new albums but lose the connection before the download completes? Just trying to find a common link and that is when it has happened the last two times.

As I said, sometimes all my saved content disappears (this only happened twice) but usually it is only all the downloaded content.

On two occasions all the downloaded content disappeared, but then came back. Other times I have to manually re-download everything.

Sometimes it goes a month without happening and I love my Spotify account, sometimes it happens twice in a fortnight and once twice in two days!

Have been through other posts here and tried proposed solutions to no avail.

If I can't get a fix on this asap I'm leaving Spotify, it's getting ridiculous particularly when I don't have reliable and regular access to wifi - I can't waste all my time when I do re-downloaded my entire collection.

Any help greatly appreciated.

I should add, using this on an iPhone 5s with IOS 10.3.3 - don't use Spotify on a computer because I don't have access to one.

Hi,

I got exactly the same problem. It's already the 6th or 7th time it happens, randomly, 2000 songs (offline) gone.... I have to redownload manually everything. I use an iphone 6, latest iOS. It's a bug, very annoying, not acceptable for almost 200€ per year. No solution so far. This week, it happened 2x.......

I'm trying to get the mobile team attention. This issue is really annoying.
