Logging off iPod when powered off

My spotify logs off randomly when I turn my iPod off. I always turn my iPod off in the evenings when I get home from work, or when I'm going to be out of the car for a long period of time. Has anyone else had this problem or know a fix for it.

Hey @kmuzzall, help's here!

To check, what exact Apple device are you using, and what version of iOS does it run? We'd suggest checking for an iOS update and reinstalling the app.

Also, make sure you're logging in with the correct username and password (or, if you're a Facebook-created account, make sure you're definitely tapping 'Log In With Facebook').

You shouldn't be prompted to see the 'Remember Me' toggle on most iOS devices like the desktop version does, but can you check that you're definitely not seeing that? If for some reason it is there, we'd recommend toggling it on.

Are you getting logged out of any other apps on this device after turning off overnight?
