Playlist Corruption?

I've been a premium member for well over a year and I noticed for my primary playlist (which has 1,291 songs), it has two problems:

1. When playing songs in alphabetical order (or shuffle), it gets stuck and only plays about 30-50 of the songs. I tested this and noticed each time it got to a certain song in the letter "B" area it would then jump to a song starting with an "L", missing over 300 songs forever. I eventually had to delete the song with the "L" and that fixed the problem, but not sure if there's a better way to fix this;

2. I'm playing the same playlist right now and a song started playing called "Deep Jungle Walk" that's not on my playlist. When I search for it in my playlist it's not there (see attached screen shot).

I went to the link you provided and had no idea what I'm supposed to be doing. Are you saying I need to go through the trouble of re-posting my problem? If so, I'm not interested because I've already spent too much time on this.
