HELP, premium?

I have a subscription deducted from my apple account every month, this month have they been withdrawn but I do not have the sportify premium?

Hey, Cherry94,

That is strange.

I am guessing you have a Spotify account. With the email that you have registered to the account, go to the link below and sign into your "Account Settings"

There should be a box next to the "Profile" box where it tells you the subscription that you are paying for. Click on "View Details". On that next page, you will be able to change your subscription. Let me know if you need more assistance.

it says that I have spotify free .. I have contacted the apple and they say that the premium has been completed and gone through ..

Hey Cherry94,

It is possible that you have another account that has premium. You may have mistakenly signed up for premium with another account.
