    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am having sporadic problems with my vehicles Bluetooth not receiving my Spotify music. &amp;nbsp;My phone is recognized, but it will not play anything from my Spotify. When I turn off my phone to try and reset it, Spotify logs me out. &amp;nbsp;Very frustrating. Tried reinstalling with no change. Can anyone please offer me advice?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you've recently reinstalled the app fully, we can assume you're on the latest version of the app. To check, does your mobile device require any iOS updates? We'd recommend checking this in &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings &amp;gt; General &amp;gt; Software Update&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We'd also recommend checking the vehicle's dashboard for any firmware updates.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you've done all this, and it's still not resolved, just let us know:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;If the connection fails before / after ignition, or both&lt;/LI&gt;
