Ending a Subscription

So I started a subscription at the beginning of this month and I’m trying to end it before th deadline on October 1 so I doesn’t charge me and I go on the app and in my settings and it doesn’t give me an option to cancel. In the app it says I’m on a premium trial but in Apple settings it doesn’t show up under my subscription and I don’t want to be charged $10 until I’m ready to start my first month with you guys.

Hello @Ijashanaa, welcome to Spotify Community.

I think there is no option in the app itself to cancel your subscription. You need to visit https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/ (log in with your account) and click on "Change or Cancel"

I just got a notification from Spotify saying welcome to premium and that’s not something I wanted to pay for.
