topic iOS 11 CarPlay logout in iOS (iPhone, iPad)

I didn’t search too deep if others have stated this issue exists but it reproducible and consist across multiple devices on both old and fresh installs of iOS 11.

The issue is that if your iPhone dies while still having the Spotify app open in the background and you plug your iPhone into a car enabled with CarPlay to charge the dead phone it will logout you out of the Spotify app. Once you log back in you will no longer have any of your downloaded music even though within iOS it will state that Spotify is still using say 30GB. You must delete the Spotify app to clear, the now inaccessible downloaded music.
