Spotify mobile app timed out?

I am playing my mobile app on an newer Ipod touch and now it is stuck offline. It says that the mobile app has timed out? the wi-fie is connected but the app will only play my offline playlist. How do I fix this?

Odd. Have you tried shutting the app down from the multitask menu, and opening it up again? That might get things working...

Sometimes even that won't fix the offline thing for me since essentially your killing the app (ala Ctrl Alt Delete
if you With the Spotify app open on your screen Hold down the sleep wake button till slide to power off shows up (but don't slide it) > hold down the home button only till the home screen appears

I've tried both the suggestions here, and no luck with either of them! This is really bad. Currently condemned to silence. It'd be great if we could get a working solution to this problem. I'm on an iPad1 and it won't even let me log into spotify. Tries for a while then says login failed, connection to spotify has timed out, try using different wifi without restrictions, etc. buncum!

Hello,

You might want to try a clean installation of the Spotify application on your iPad. Hopefully this might get things up and running again.

Did this fix lose all your playlists?
