Lock Screen and Bluetooth Controls not working

As soon as I updated my iPhone software my Spotify controls stopped working. It no longer comes up on my lockscreen. I can’t change the song through my car or Bluetooth headphones anymore. I honestly just want to solve the issue.

I have the very same issue. My Spotify no longer comes up on the lock screen, volume controls won’t work outside the app and I can no long pause/play either.

If Spotify doesn’t sort this out, I will be most definitely moving to Apple Music. Such a basic software feature is imperative on a smartphone in this day and age, especially when out of the house.

Same issue for me, impossible to change song without going back into spotify app
