But after my initial statement I wasn’t able to talk to the&nbsp;person on the other end again, it wouldn’t give me the space to talk to her. Anyway my issue was solved. Now&nbsp;my issue is that when I’m with customer support I couldn’t replay.&nbsp;I Could&nbsp;initially but not going forward with the customer service representative. I want to thank them for their help they were awesome.
