    <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok so I need help. First thing I used my dads credit card to get the premium which I got on October 13th,meaning every 13 I have to pay I’m ok with that. it was working and the. It was was like it doesn’t have the payment that it needs and I asked my dad is the money on the card and he said yea they didn’t take it and I said no. So I was trying to figure out ways and see the support FAQ and none of them were similar to mine. So I canceled my subscription to see if I wait maybe it’ll change so today I asked my dad for his credit card again and I entered it all in correctly and it said “my payment provider is having a bad day try again” and I have more then once and I talked to my dad and he says the money is still there and it’s like I’m a customer of Spotify and I never had any problems until now and I miss my music.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
