Check under Settings &amp;gt; Cellular and ensure that Spotify is enabled for it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If that doesn't work, I would confirm you are able to load spotify.com in Safari. If that definitely loads, try resetting your network preferences under Settings &amp;gt; General &amp;gt; Reset &amp;gt; Reset network settings.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let us know how you get on from there!</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Won’t play any music unless on WiFi. I have tried everything! I have unistalled both fb and Spotify countless times. I have updated my phone and changed my fb password. Re logged back in with new password. And it still won’t work unless I’m using WiFi! Help!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This also depends on what type of subscription you have. If you have premium you can download songs to your device so they can be without wifi OR cellular connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Other than that, you can also go to Settings &amp;gt; Music Quality &amp;gt; Download Using Cellular (turn this on).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
