Spotify App opens but does not respond

Hi!

I downloaded Sppotyfy on my Iphone 6s which is curently running on iOS 11.2.1. When I try opening the app it works just fine and I can see the sign up or login screen that has like a video on the back and evrything looks just fine, but when I click on login or signup the app does not respond. It doesn't do anything. Just stays there. Feels like the sign up and login buttons do not work. I really need help with this because I was thinking on purchasing a premiiun account, but if I can't login on my phone I won't waste the money.

Hey @icguana, that's definitely not right at all! I would suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the app from the App Store, if that does nothing to resolve the issue, try turning your phone off and on again.
