After App Update - Spotify CRASHES !!!!!

I've just updated to 5.8. Spotify began crashing immediately upon launching. I've restarted my iPhone and get the same results!

I then deleted and reloaded the Spotify App. Signed in. I can get to all sections, including Radio and Search. However, once I git Playlists - the App CRASHES !!!!

Because of my weak signal at work, I had many offline playlists saved (I actually begun to rely solely on Spotify for offline listening, and have nothing in my iTunes).

Any hints? Or news on when Spotify is going to fix?!?!?!?!?!?!?
