Same Device added multiple times to „Offline Devices“

Hey.

I‘ve been victim to the random „all your downloaded songs get deleted“ thing over and over again, and while checking my „offline devices list“ (as stated in the offline troubleshooting guide) I found something that could be connected to this issue.

I saw my iPhone (i only have one phone, an iPhone 6s) - but multiple entries of it in my offline device list.

Could this cause the sudden disappearance of my songs, that my iphone is added over and over again to the list, and if the instance of my phone where i downloaded all the songs is kicked out of the list, it deletes everything?

Im kind of lost how to fix this, can anyone help me with this?
