So on premium you can only play downloaded songs offline (which is when you are not on wifi, and are not using cellular data for the app). Your 2 options are either using cellular data or downloading songs onto your phone. I would recommend downloading songs, which uses a bit of phone storage but not cellular data. Or, you could use cellular data but then the main point of premium is lost.
