constant skipping and pausing

When I use spotify on the move now, either walking, in the car, or on the bus, songs will sometimes jump forward and backward, pause, and sometimes skip queues entirely. I have seen other posts about this type of problem but there have been no concrete solutions for the problem. All I can say is that the problem makes listening to spotify unbearable while I walk around.

Hopefully this can be fixed.

I have previously tried restarting and reinstalling multiple times and it has not worked. The operating system I am currently using is iOS 10.2 and version 8.4.38 for spotify
