Spotify not loading in Wifi

I work at a school and we use spotify premium daily. Unfortunately, as of late, the spotify app is not working on our ipads or iphones while on wifi. In data we are fine. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the apps multiple times and have tried changing wifi and it still is not letting us search songs or use over our internet. This problem is also occurring at my house as well.

I'm getting this same problem on work wifi -- Spotify is fine over LTE, but crashes immediately on wifi. Only started recently: this Tuesday (2/6/18) was the first time I saw it.

I have the same issue on my iPhoneX/iPad Pro. Over LTE very fast on both devices and on wifi it is very slow or says "you are offline". Everything else (browsing, instagram etc.) is very fast on wifi.
