HELP!!!!!

I've just paid my £9.99 monthy subscription after having a 3 month free trial, WHICH I TOTALLY LOVED!!! Anyway on my iphone, all my playlists have remained but all the tracks have GONE!!!! I am totally gutted as I use my iphone everywhere!!!! All of the tracks remain on the laptop and the device is showing to be syncing with my laptop, but STILL no tracks!!!!

Disgruntled MUCH!!!

It would appear that the tracks in my playlist r SLOWLY reappearing but stilll no where near fulll !!

Now the playlists have turned light grey and in my settings it says "Error 404"

Hi Romany - Have you tried logging out and logging back in?

I've been having the same issues for the last few hours. It was streaming fine then suddenly started stopping, then playlistss were being odd, I tried relogging, it gott stuck connecting etc.

I'm back home now, it works fine on my PC, but my iPhone is still erroring/not loading songs etc.

Im having big issues also. Had the error 404 problem earlier on my ipod and pc. Now Im having a problem with connection and the search is just stuck searching again on ipod and pc????

Only 3/4s of my tracks have re synced........I am REALLY peed off now, I had to sync my account to my device but loads of tracks have completely disappeared.....just goes to show u get nothing for nothing in this life, the day I start to pay for my account, all my playlists disappear....SHADY!!!!!!!!!!!

My spotify was until 3 hours ago and now it wont search or play anything.

Its not connecting to wifi or 3G and I have logged in and out, reset my iphone and reinstalled to no avail. Please help

Hi everyone - We had a couple server issues yesterday and today but everything should be back to normal now.

Please try signing out and signing back in. How's that working for you now?
