Is this a glitch?

So, about two months ago, I was listening to music and all of a sudden some random artist that I had never heard of started playing. They had like 6 monthly listeners, and the song was in another language. I changed my password, and the problem subsided. Today, I go to listen to music and the same thing happens. Different artist, but still a weird unknown artist(this time it added the song to my saved songs). Is this a glitch, or am I being hacked?

Have you tried to turn off Autoplay similar songs in your Spotify settings?

I wasn’t in the app when this happened and also I do have that turned off.
