Bluetooth audio through ford sync

So I have been having a problem, my Spotify will not play though the Bluetooth in my Ford Focus with sync it played through the USB fine but not the Bluetooth or the aux cord I have tried master reset and it didn't work. This is the second phone I have had this problem with the first was a galaxy note 4 and now with an iPhone 6s

unfortunately no i am still unable to use sportify through my ford sync
program

just uninstall spotify and reinstalled and it worked again
