Radio is not currently available for users in Israel, Romania, South Africa, and Vietnam.

I'm having the same issue, and I'm sorry but I don't see how this is related to Spotify testing new features.

Missing the Song Radio option is a big deal as it hurts one of the key advantages Spotify has, and it's a well established feature (and no other feature was added instead of it), so this shouldn't be related to the testing of new features.

I miss the radio feature on iOS and I really want it back (on Window is available), let the great features in the app, because this is the main reason for using Spotify... At least add a option to enable radio, or to disable it, BUT do not take it from us
