Spotify premium account , but I can't download my songs

I have a Spotify premium account , and when I press the download button , the button still stays grey and it says "waiting for download " , I have sufficient storage and software for Spotify to work and I'm only connected to Spotify on one device under 33,333 songs . I rebooted my phone and reinstalled the app nothing works , and this is a shame since I'm a new subscriber to the premium version and like what you stated about the offline access , ok unable to access it offline

Hey @Lol_1234,

Spotify doesn't officially support VPNs, so I'd recommend that you turn your VPN off and then try it again.

Hey @Lol_1234., the limit per device is 3,333--not 33,333. That could be where you're running into trouble 🙂
