App not working on my iTouch

I have a 3G iTouch. Spotify worked fine up until earlier this year when I started to notice that it stops after about 30 seconds on the iTouch. It works fine on my laptop, iPad and Android. What gives re the iTouch? I have deleted and reinstalled the app but to no avail.

I assume you mean iPod Touch? I have never heard of an iTouch 😉

To answer your question - have you made sure you have an internet connection?

Also, has you tried to lower the quality. If that fails to work, force quit the app.

Then try and reopen it.

If that fails to work, we will have to try something else 🙂

Hi,

Thanks for the suggestions. The app does not work if I am connected to the Internet or if I am trying to listen offline having already downloaded a playlist.
