I've had the issue of losing downloaded content before, but now on my Spotify app the "Downloads" option isnt even available in the Your Library portion of the app. Just completely disappeared. I still have the Playlists, Songs, Albums, Artists, etc. But no 'Downloads >' section anymore. Is there a way to fix this?

Same here. It makes it frustrating because you can still play downloaded songs but it seems only indiviually and not part of the album. I don't have enough data to use Spotify online outside of the house so this is an essential feature for me.

Unfortunately this section has been discontinued from the app.

You can also choose to list only Downloads in Your Library:

Tap Your Library in the menu at the bottom of the screen.
Tap Playlists, Songs, Albums, or Artists.
Pull down and release to display at the top. Tap it.
Under Filter by, tap Downloads or Imported Music.
Note: Filter options may vary depending on the list you’re filtering.
To return to the original list, repeat these steps and tap the selected filter again.
