My Question or Issue

I was enrolled in a college when I got student discount in 2018 and I am now a student at university from late 2019 but I haven't been able to renew my discount and have been being charged £9.99 since early 2019. My university (ACM) doesn't show up on the sheer ID list?

Thanks for asking about the student discount!

Bear in mind that students in every supported country except the US can submit requests with SheerID to ask that their school be added to the list of available institutes. Requests will take a minimum of 30 days to be reviewed.
