Error on verification Student Profile

I get an error when trying to verify my Student status in Edinburgh Napier University. Keep getting the following error with random reference code every time.

Also I get the following auto email.

Unfortunately, SheerID was unable to verify that you're enrolled in an accredited college or university. Go back to Spotify to try verifying again.

I tried using incognito mode and different browsers.

We'd love to help you get your Premium Student started. I can see that you went through some good troubleshooting steps already, so if you're still having difficulties verifying your student status with SheerID, we suggest you take a look at their Student Support Page or get in touch with them so that they can check your status again.
