My Question or Issue

I'm trying to purchase the student plan. But it says my card doesn't allow recurring payments. That's not true because I've been using the same card for other subscriptions and it works.

Sometimes, even if you are able to pay for other monthly subscriptions using your debit card, this does not guarantee that you will be able to do so with Spotify.

We suggest you reach out to your bank regarding Spotify payments and they should be able to help you further with this.
