I'm having trouble with my payment update, I had student premium and for some days I couldn't pay the subscription, now that I can I fill in my card info etc. And it says that that there is a problem with the payment

It's also worth giving it a shot in an incognito window to avoid the possible issues that the data stored in your browser may cause.

Yeah.. turns out that I had to use a different credit card because the one I used is only in digital form (previous was stolen so I was waiting for the new one) and it couldn't be accepted
