&lt;P&gt;Just to make sure that we're on the same page - a different device yielded the same result? If that's the case, we recommend that you also try activating the subscription using a different payment method.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
If that doesn't fix things, screenshots of the error and your account page would help us out a lot to get to the bottom of this. You can use the Insert Photos option in the post editor to do this.&lt;BR /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;
Tip: Make sure the screenshot doesn’t show any sensitive info such as payment or personal data.&lt;BR /&gt;
