Verification for Student Account

My student account is going to expire in the coming month. I tried to verify my student status but it fails. I could not type in the name of my university on the webpage. Every time when I fill in all the information and click "Next", it says I didn't type my university's name. I have already used different appliances to go onto the webpage, I still cannot type in my school name. Does anyone have the same problem? How can I fix it? Thanks in advance!

If you can't successfully add your university by using the drop-down list you might've encountered an issue that we're currently looking into.

We can recommend you check this Ongoing Issue and add your vote to it by clicking on the +VOTE button. Make sure you follow the steps provided under Status Update as well.

It'll also be useful to Subscribe via the three-dots menu in the top right corner next to the title. That'll make sure you stay up to date with any relevant updates about this.
