Добрый день, хотел получить студенческую подписку, выслал студенческий билет и приказ о зачисление в университет, был отказ по причине "недостаточно доказательств", как можно решить этот вопрос?

We use our partners at SheerID to verify your student credentials and we'd recommend reaching out to them here for more info.

They should be able to provide you with more info on what you'd need submit and help you further.

Сделал еще один запрос на студенческую подписку, прислал фото зачетной книжки и приказа о зачислении, опять отказ ....
