Trouble Verifying Student premium

Hi, I currently have a free spotify account but I want to switch to a student premium account. I've filled in the form with my name, birthday, and school (which shows up in the drop-down menu), but when I hit the verify button, it takes me back to my account profile screen and tells me it failed and to "check my details". I've been enrolled in my school for over a year, and there's no where saying I need to attach any forms to confirm. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks

Can you start off by opening an incognito window on your PC? Sometimes the cache can lead to different issues. Then you can head here and fill in the form.

If that doesn't do the trick, we'd suggest you try with another device and with another network.

If you still receive an error message, you can send us a screenshot of it. We'll investigate this further.

Thank you for your reply! I opened the link you sent me, this is a different form from what I had originally tried to fill out. For some reason neither my country nor my school is showing up in these drop down menus (I go to school in the U.S.). Not sure why or what I can do?
