My Question or Issue

When I attempt to switch my account from premium to student, the link comes up as "Page not found"

All I am doing is clicking one button and it goes directly to "Page not found" Please fix this as this is costing me extra money by being barred from switching plans.

Thanks for the screenshot. Could you make sure that your market is set to the US when visiting the Spotify website? You can do this by going here > USA.

Once you do that, go to Premium > Select Premium Student and continue from there. You may be asked to log in.
