Cannot renew student premium

My Question or Issue

Student premium needs to be renew this 06/10/20, but its still 04/10/20. I tried renewing my student id but the univ. that I'm entering is not eligible, i dont know what to do, thanks, i dont know if this is goodbye hahahahah

If you don’t see your university or college listed this means that it’s not supported right now. However, you can always get in touch with our partner SheerID since they're handling the verifications for our student discount.

You can request your college or university to be added by visiting this page.

Tip: It can take at least 30 days for SheerID to get back to you.
