Hola, buenas tardes.

Me comunicó porque hoy intenté cambiar mi plan al universitario, soy de primer ingreso y quería aprovecharlo. Me metí a tratar de verificar que soy universitario y me apareció un error de que tal vez la solicitud había expirado y tenía que refrescar la página. La refresque y al intentar meterla de nuevo me indica que mi solicitud ya fue utilizada. Mi pregunta es, ¿Ya está en proceso de verificación? Si, sí, ¿Cuanto tarda? Y si no, entonces ¿Cómo puedo corregir el problema para cambiar mi plan?
