Problem with Student Discount renewal

iPhone 6s, Desktop

My Question or Issue

I'm finding it impossible to renew my Student plan after the 12 month offer because when I try to change my plan and click "Obtain Premium" in the Student renewal page it then says "this page no longer exists".

It says in my account I'll be charged 9.99 next month as I can't renew my student plan. I've already tried updating my student info on the "UNiDAYS" page, so what else could I do?

Hey @mylw,

Have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).

I've tried both my PC and my mobile phone, and also Safari and Chrome (with and without incognito on). Lastly, I tried removing all the Cookies with no different response... Don't know what else to try.
