I tried on my phone, the page crashed so I went onto my laptop to try and sort it and now I've "already redeemed the offer" yet I am still having to pay 10 going forward? What the **bleep**? Why can't I try and get this sorted?</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>As a university student in the second year, I'd appreciate an answer to fix this issue.
