How can I activate student subscription

My Question or Issue

I passed checking that i am student.

I see in account that I can activate student subscription but I don't understand how and where I can do it

I choose 'Change plan' and see page (attachment) without any key for activation

What do I have to do?

You could also try using an incognito window or a different browser.

Yes

I see that subscription is available

But how can I use it?

I see text " use your discount" but where and how I can do it?

Now I have premium family (as I think it's default choose of spotify when I registered on site)

Thanks for getting back to us.

From the screenshot you sent us it would seem that you're correctly verified as a student by our partner SheerID. In that case you should have received a confirmation email with an activation link for the discount. If you haven't received the link or have any issues with the verification process itself, we recommend that you reach out to the folks at SheerID here. This Spotify Answer also has some more useful info on the discount.

Note that if you've activated Premium Family, you would need to downgrade Premium or revert to free before you can use the link to activate the discount. You can view your active subscription and change it at any moment via your account overview page.
