Hi, I am trying to subscribe student premium plan. When I try to verify my student information, the website shows 'Unfortunately, we couldn't confirm that you're a student. Please check your details and try again.' What should I do now? Thanks!

Thanks for posting here 🙂

In this case we'd suggest you reach out to SheerID as the folks there can check your status.

In order to activate the discount, you need to first receive an email from SheerID confirming your student status. Then you can open the link in the email.
