Student Verification not working

My Question or Issue

I am having trouble getting past the verification screen for sheer-id. I am not sure if it has to do with my current part-time student status (which I am working on correcting) or if it has to do with something. I used to have the Spotify premium trial, then eventually switched to the individual plan. I tried to see if I needed to cancel the individual beforehand, but the forums and other websites stated that it was unnecessary to do so.

The student verification process is independent of your subscription and is fully governed by SheerID. If you're experiencing any issues with it we recommend you contacting SheerID directly. You can do so through this page.
