Free/Premium , and i am back to school. and successful to verify the school in the state.

Country

i am currently living in canada and going to school in the state.

Device

(iPhone 8, Samsung Galaxy 9, Macbook Pro late 2016) iphone 12

Operating System

(iOS 10, Android Oreo, Windows 10,etc.)

My Question or Issue

I verified my student and got a link. and next page was like, confirm your account details. i saw my name below, when i clicked 'confirm', and showed something wrong. I clicked reload, but cannot make this discount.

Thanks for posting on the Community and welcome 🙂

Keep in mind that the payment country, account country, and university country all need to match. So, in this case, if the university you're studying at is located in the United States, but you're living in Canada, you can't subscribe with the student discount.
