Verification issue

Hi I am facing an issue with student id verification.

I dont use a last name on my id card and last name is required for verification process.Ive also tried using a full stop(.) but still cant avail student discount.Please help if you can

If you have trouble verifying your student status, we'd recommend reaching out to our partners at SheerID as they are the ones handing the entire process.

The best place for help is on their verification FAQ page where they also provide email addresses you could use to reach them directly.

If you experience any issues with the process, once you're verified as a student we'd be more than happy to look further into it.
