      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Plan: Student&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Free/Premium: Free&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Country: USA&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Device: iPhone 13 Pro / Macbook Air 2021&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(iPhone 8, Samsung Galaxy 9, Macbook Pro late 2016)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Operating System&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(iOS 10, Android&amp;nbsp;Oreo, Windows 10,etc.)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Question or Issue&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi I am an international student from South Korea and am currently attending the university in USA. I've changed my country / region to USA and inserted the accurate information for my credit card, yet my payment failed for what reason. Can you please help me out to succeed in paying for my student plan? Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
