I want to pay for my subscription using a cash card and it won’t work

Why exactly is it not working? Would you like to pay for it using that payment method but it's not being offered to you? Or are you seeing any error message(s)? If so, which one(s)?

When I go to set it up as a payment method there are 2 options PayPal and card, so I click on card and when I enter in the info and click submit it says invalid card.

my region is the us.

Alternatively, you can try using a different payment method.

I just got a new card and it works or try through pay pal but I don’t know what it is some cards work other cards don’t

Could you share a bit more info on what the type of the card is? This way we can find out, it it indeed can be used for paying a subscription from Spotify or not.

It’s a visa cash card and it works on some cards and other cards don’t work.

First off, we'd recommend to make sure the card can be used for online payments - more info can be found here.

In case the payment still doesn't go through, we'd suggest to get in touch with your payment provider who can give you more info on why the payment was unsuccessful.

I just bought a Visa card from my local cumbys and it’s not letting me pay for premium it also says “vanilla” on it so if that makes a difference lmk or if there is another solution
