    <description>I currently have a Family plan but have recently started graduate study and been verified as a student through SheerID.  However, when I try to switch my subscription from Family to Student, I get the message that I am not eligible for premium student.  Any idea how to fix?  Does the verification automatically move you to Student at the next billing date?</description>

&lt;P&gt;Thanks for reaching out. Check your &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/account" target="_blank"&gt;account page&lt;/A&gt; to make sure the verification is there. If it is, go &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/student" target="_blank"&gt;here &lt;/A&gt;to change your subscription to Student. If you still get an error, cancel your Family plan, wait for the account to revert to free and then try again. Sometimes a direct change from Family to Student is not possible.&lt;/P&gt;
